Ingredients You’ll Need

  • 6 fun-size Snickers bars (or 3 full-size), chopped
  • 4 large Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (optional, for drizzle)

Instructions

  • Start by whisking together the pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl until it thickens.

  • Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy. This mixture forms the sweet, fluffy base that ties the whole salad together.

  • Next, chop the apples into bite-sized chunks. Granny Smith apples are the classic choice because their tartness balances the sweetness of the salad, but you can mix in other varieties if you like.

  • Chop the Snickers bars into small pieces as well. Don’t worry about getting them perfect;

  • Fold the chopped apples and Snickers into the pudding mixture. Stir gently until everything is well coated.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, and if you want to get fancy, drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with extra Snickers pieces.

Notes

  • Use tart apples: Granny Smiths cut through the sweetness perfectly.
  • Chill before serving: Even 30 minutes in the fridge helps the flavors meld.
  • Chop just before mixing: Apples brown quickly, so wait until the last minute.
  • Don’t skip the garnish: Extra Snickers and caramel make it look extra tempting.
  • Make-ahead option: Mix the pudding base in advance, then add apples and candy just before serving.
