Cut the broccoli into even-sized florets. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Place the florets in a mixing bowl. Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using. Toss until everything is coated evenly.
Air fry at 200°C / 400°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Cook time may vary depending on your air fryer, but the edges should turn brown and crispy while the centers stay tender.
Right after the broccoli comes out, sprinkle the parmesan on top.
