Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Or Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 2–3 minutes.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the blended cottage cheese per chip onto the prepared tray or parchment. Spread each into a thin, round circle — around 2 inches wide.
Sprinkle lightly with salt or your chosen seasoning blend.
Place your tray on the middle rack and bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp around the edges.
If you’re using an air fryer, spoon the batter onto the parchment inside the basket, leaving small gaps between chips. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, checking halfway through.
Once baked or air-fried, let the chips cool on the parchment paper for a few minutes before removing them.
