Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  Greek yogurt plain, full-fat for best texture
  • ½ English cucumber grated or finely chopped
  • 2 cloves  garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon  olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon  lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon  chopped fresh dill 
  • Salt, to taste
  • a drizzle of extra olive oil for garnish Optional

Method
 

  1. Grateor finely chop the cucumber. Place it in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze outas much moisture as possible. This keeps the dip thick and creamy.

  4. Coverand refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Transferto a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil if using, and serve with pita,veggies, or as a sauce.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Don’t skip squeezing the cucumber — it keeps the sauce thick.
  • Let it chill before serving so the flavors blend.
  • Adjust the garlic to your preference (one clove for mild, two for bold).
  • Always use fresh lemon juice for the best taste.
